Thank you all for such an amazing first meet. I loved all the enthusiasm and spirit of our team. For most of us (including me) this was our first swim meet, and we did phenomenal. Special shout out to our 6 and under swimmers. Did you all notice that they did not need any Junior Coaches in the water to help them! That is amazing. To all other swimmers and parents, thank you for a great meet and for all your support and flexibility as we start off this season.

A few reminders for next meet:

• Make sure you check in with the Coaches after your race. It is the best way to get instant feedback.
• Please check-in with your Coaches before you leave the meet to make sure you are not in a relay. (Thanks to Emmy Conaway and Harrison Salinger who agreed to swim 2 legs of the 6 and under relay.)
• If you are signed up for a relay, please make sure you stay for it.
