Waverly Woods Meet Day Information--

• Warm-ups: 7:55 am- 8:10 am 10 and under / 8:10 am-8:30 am 11 and over. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled warm-up. We are starting the meet at 8:30 am.
• Check-in:Volunteers and swimmers (especially Relay swimmers) please check in with me before 8:30 am. If you are a volunteer and arriving late please text me at 443-254-0426. I will be at the entrance to the pool deck.
• We are exchanging the line-up with Waverly Woods this evening. Attached is the line-up. Please review. If you are in a relay and NOT able to participate in the relay please let us know by 3 pm.
• A reminder that spectators sit outside the Waverly Woods pool fence. The deck is only for Coaches, swimmers, and volunteer workers. We will have our Junior Coaches on hand to ensure your swimmer gets to clerk of course. Our team will sit behind the mushroom. Please set up your space on the outside of the fence.
