WELCOME 2025 CATS TEAM!!!

It’s almost time to dive into another awesome season! 🏊♂️🏊♀️ Get ready to make a splash because things are about to get FAST, FUN, and maybe a little bit FABULOUS (depending on how you wear your swim cap 😎).

Here’s the deal:

🧢 Swag alert! Each swimmer gets a team cap and shirt (thanks to our amazing sponsors)— and yes, you must wear them to meets. We wanna look like a fierce feline army out there. All parents our team store website will be active later this weekend for you to purchase your own CATS gear!

🩱 Meet suit: Any solid black suit from Arena, TYR, Speedo, or Dolphin will do. Keep it sleek, keep it speedy. All available on amazon or individual websites. Practice suits must be one piece for girls (no bikini). 

👓 Goggles: Absolutely required. Unless you’re planning to swim with your eyes closed... which we don't recommend. I recomend Speedo Vanquisher or TYR googles. Both available on amazon. 

🎉 Most importantly: come ready for lots of fun with your fantastic coaches — Coach Braiden, Coach Owen, and Coach Caroline! They're ready to help you crush it in the pool and laugh a lot along the way.

Reminder, below is the  practice schedule while school still in session- 

Morning swim team, June 4 - June 12 (no practice 6/13)

• 8 and under M/W/F 4:00 - 4:30 pm
• 9-10 yr. old M/W/F 4:30 - 5:00 pm
• 11-12 yr. old M/W/F 5:00 - 5:30 pm
• 13 and over T/Th 4:30- 5:30 pm

Evening swim team, June 4 - June 12

• All Ages T/W/TH 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Finally, the CATS handbook is posted on the CSTC website. The handbook includes lots of information about the team- practice times, equipment, meets, awards, volunteer duties, etc. The website also contains meet information and practice times. It is a great landing spot for information.
