Good morning CATS Team and HAPPY SUMMER BREAK!!

Attached please find the meet entries for Saturday. Please review the entries. If your swimmer is missing you must let us know immediately so we can add them. If your swimmer is in a relay and CAN'T participate let us know so we can change the relay. 

Reminder that we exchange lineup on Thursday night..no changes to the lineup after that date. 

Meet Location: Hunt Meadow Pool, 1710 Hunt Meadow Drive, Annapolis, MD 21403

Warm-up Time: Crofton Swim Team warm-ups will be from 7:30-7:55 AM (Meet starts at 8:00 AM). Arrive to pool by 7:15am 

12 and under- 7:30am-7:40

13 and over- 7:40am- 7:55am

Timers Briefing Time: 7:35 AM at the blue tents. ALL TIMERS must attend regardless of which half they are volunteering to be sure each timer is familiar with the Dolphin Timing System.

Officials Briefing Time: 7:35 AM at the blue tents. 

Parking: When the parking lot adjacent to the pool fills up, we ask that people park on the neighborhood streets. Please ask parents to follow posted speed limits and use care while parking as we have several kids that are usually walking to and from the pool. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Concessions: Concessions will be available starting at 7:45 AM. Cash and Square will be accepted.

Team Area: The Crofton Swim team area will be located on the right side of the pool upon entering the pool gate. Swimmers and families can also set up outside of the pool gate on the spacious grass area along Hunt Meadow Drive if additional space is needed. Please let folks know to bring chairs. Pop up tents/canopies for shade are allowed.

Volunteers: Please check in with Julie Z when you arrive.
