Good afternoon

We have a bunch of information regarding the Silver Meet on Saturday. Attached are the Heat Sheet, warm-up schedule and volunteer assignments and the seating map.

Arrive by 7:15am

Warm-up- 7:25am Lane 4-6

Parking Information: Our parking lot is small. Parking is permitted on both sides of Bay Hills Drive where the curb is NOT YELLOW. Do not park in the golf club lots across the street or block resident driveways – they will tow. Carpooling is highly recommended.

Seating Information: Teams will have assigned seating areas. Please see enclosed seating diagram. Some pool chairs will be available but not enough for everyone,so deck chairs are recommended. Tents are allowed and encouraged for shade.Umbrellas & umbrella stands may not be moved.

Coaches may bring a chair and sit pool side, 2 per team, with additional coaches as space permits. Please note – the splash pad/baby pool area will have space provided for 2 Teams. No chairs or tent legs are allowed on blue.

We will need to provide coverage for 1 timer position throughout the meet. We will send out a schedule of who is assigned to time based on volunteer credits. We will divide up the timer slot between multiple people.
